Regular work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:
30am - 5:
00pm with an hour for lunch.
However, you will be expected to work some evenings for client board meetings, and respond to after-hours emergencies.
Salary, exempt.
Prefer 2-3 years of property management experience, preferably condominium or home owner's association.
Must be able to travel to property locations throughout Cleveland and surrounding metro area and our corporate office as business needs dictate, and have a dedicated work space to work from home.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Assist property manager with management responsibilities for physical community upkeep, financial reporting, and resident service delivery.
Provide outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and the community in general.
Resolve owner issues.
Assist with budgeting and planning.
Assist with banking, financial planning and performance.
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely manner.
Assist with obtaining proposals and managing vendors.
Help enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.
