The Core Application Senior Developer is an application developer role that will be responsible for writing code mainly in RPGLE, SQL RPG and CLLE. This position is responsible for designing, coding, unit testing, and creating, maintaining support documentation, assisting and mentoring other Developers as well as co-lead projects. Education Education Level Education Details Req Pref Master's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology (Software development track) or Engineering with a programming concentration AND at least 3 years' experience X Or Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology (Software development track) or Engineering with a programming concentration AND at least 5 years' experience Or Work Experience Experience Experience Details Req Pref 3 - 5 years Banking experience 3 - 5 years In I-series AS400 Development 3 - 5 years With Fiserv Signature core banking software General Employee KSAs Proficiency o Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members and participate in solving problems and making decisions Extensive o Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written Extensive o Ability to actively listen to what others are saying to achieve understanding, sharing information with others and facilitating the open exchange of ideas and information Extensive o Ability to establish courses of action for self to accomplish specific goals, develop and use tracking systems for monitoring own work progress, and effectively use resources such as time and information Extensive o Ability to make right decisions based on perceptive and analytical processes, practicing good judgment in gray areas Extensive Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities KSAs Proficiency Knowledge of I-series AS400 development Extensive Knowledge of Fiserv Signature core banking software Extensive Knowledge of Automation, Unit Testing and Powershell and an ability to continue to learn Working Knowledge of software development and ability to analyze solutions and design Working Ability to take a disciplined approach to development including quality, testing and documentation Extensive Ability to design information security into applications Extensive Ability to learn quickly; eager to use new technologies in a team with varied strengths environment Extensive Essential Functions o Develop applications and solutions using RPG, SQL RPG, CL or other equivalent programming languages o Develop and maintain solutions utilizing Fiserv Signature o Develope and integrate applications to Fiserv Signature using Fiserv Communicator o Create and maintain architecture diagrams, design diagrams and data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or other equivalent tools o Follow PMO governance processes to execute a project on behalf of a customer/sponsor o Work with internal customers to assess business needs and work with a team to design solutions o Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) o Participate in developing user and technical documentation o Lead requirements analysis and application design for medium to large projects o Establish best practices for engineering information security and regulatory requirements into our SDLC o Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues with the perspective of minimizing incidents and developing supporting documentation that may be used by Tier 1 support teams o Develop and execute plans to install new software and custom changes following Change Management disciplines o Maintain expertise in current technology stacks and best practices to recommend changes that can have positive impact on the enterprise o Accept mentorship from lead developers and may mentor Application Developer I and II o Perform analysis and development for support data extracts and integration with other applications o Build, lead and teach automation with end of day processes o Serve as a senior technical resource supporting and integrating vendor provided financial and data warehouse applications for Northwest's business units:
Deposit & Cash Management, Investment Management, Commercial Lending and Residential Mortgage o Lead various software upgrade products supported by the Application Engineering team o Work with project managers and team members to enhance and support Northwest's application portfolio including the CRM, core banking, finance, operations, compliance, business intelligence and image processing systems
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
