About the Role:
The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the professional landscape product portfolio by evaluating, recommending, developing, and distributing sales and marketing tools that will increase brand and product awareness along with help our independent rep agencies, distributor customers, and landscape sell our product. This role will guide the overall product marketing efforts including competitive analysis, acquire voice of the customer through surveys and direct engagement, develop sales tools and merchandising items, as well as manage and external communications on products, services and support we offer. What You Will Do:
Drive strategic marketing direction of the Landscape channel. Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams across sales, product, engineering, sourcing, financial, brand, and marketing. Complete ongoing competitive analysis. Make recommendations to the organization based on insights discovered. Own the development of product marketing and communication items through inception, content gathering, project management and distribution. Lead all aspects of development of marketing material for promotions and product launches. Build and drive awareness campaigns to acquire new customers through Omni-channel partners, and increase the visibility of our products. Build positive partnership and support all key distributor partners. Lead the NPI and Full Product Portfolio Marketing Strategy, Development and Execution. Build and implement a communication plan to gain awareness and consideration of our entire product portfolio. Work with travel partner in identifying annual rewards trip. Promote trip to member and support registration via rewards program platform. Manage bi-annual member surveys - Send out survey via SurveyMonkey to gain member happiness and program improvement recommendations. Build new tracker spreadsheet with member information and historical purchase history. Own status reports and performance tracking for active campaign and program validate use and success, and gain insights to drive future initiatives. What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred or related field Minimum five
years experience in marketing Proven proficiency in Microsoft applications, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, Etc. Proven track record to work both independently and within a team Compensation:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
