We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning to family legacy intentions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with the Wealth Manager to support clients and prospects.
Identify growth opportunities in existing client base.
Serve as a key liaison to other areas supporting the client needs and solutions.
Plan and manage new account on-boarding process.
In coordination with the Wealth Manager meet with clients to fulfill requests, gather documents and general follow up.
Maintain a comprehensive list of financial planning and investment action items.
Consistently and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely execution of all open items.
Prepare preliminary client correspondence and professional client presentation materials.
Work with the Wealth Manager to monitor client accounts for excess cash.
Manage Alternative Investment on-boarding process for clients.
Implementation and monitoring of financial plan.
Tax projections on BNA, overall tax planning Coordinating services withing various divisions in organization Estate, retirement, gift, charitable, and insurance planning Manage bill-pay portion of client services Invoice and fee tracking EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS Minimum of 1- 2 years' experience in the Financial Services marketplace Bachelor's Degree Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Maintain absolute confidentiality of client information Ability to use BNA tax software COMPETENCIES Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Experience working on interdepartmental teams Excellent analytical and organizational skills Initiative, ability to overcome hurdles, solves problems and make decisions independently Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
