This role entails inbound customer service in the form of answering phones, calling leads, and answering customers questions via e-mail.
We are a 7 day a week company, and we are open from 7am to 10pm daily.
Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications/skills:
General computer skills The ability to communicate effectively and clearly via phone, in person, through email, through company chat The ability to talk on the phone and use the computer at the same time.
