We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience.

- Greet guests and provide them with outstanding customer service - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Requirements:
