Data Entry-Customer Service Professional Responsibilities include:
Enter customer account information Responsible for sending and receiving phone calls from customers while providing excellent customer service Cultivate strong professional relationships with the customer Verify and confirm customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, and entering data Maintains daily duties by following procedures and policies Develops and retains customer confidence and is able to adhere to confidentiality requirements Contributes to the company and team's success by accomplishing tasks, assignments and duties in a timely fashion Organize, file and retrieve corresponding paperwork in file area Data Entry Customer Services Professional qualities for success:
