Responsibilities:
1Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop strategic care plans, implement evidence-based practices, and evaluate patient outcomes within the designated scope of practice, emphasizing a family-centered care approach.2Demonstrate proficiency in addressing the physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety requirements of patients, irrespective of age or developmental status.3Execute leadership and professional responsibilities with a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.4Deliver patient-centered care, ensuring a high standard of quality and safety.5Actively engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe healthcare environment.6Facilitate the development of educational programs for clinical staff, serving as a mentor and preceptor for new team members.7Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field.8Support provider staff, promoting teamwork, efficiency, and legendary customer service for pediatric patients through a collaborative approach.9Engage in systems-based practice, contributing to the seamless operation of healthcare processes.10Leverage informatics and technology skills to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.11Flexibility to be temporarily assigned to various areas within our healthcare enterprise based on patient needs requiring similar expertise.Must Have:

Experience:
1Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, or must be obtained within 5 years from the date of hire.2Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association requiredAdditional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, and PALS must be obtained within one (1) year of hire.3Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio required.4Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience (Pediatrics of any level)Interested in hearing more?
