Working fast-paced as a team/individually to get positions filled.
Setting candidates up for payroll and job preparation.
Keeping in close communication with clients and candidates on a continued basis.
Keeping on the look out for new job leads and orders.
Creating creative advertising campaigns.
Local commuting required to client sites.
Using community outreach to create a network to help with placing qualified candidates.
Work proficiently with our ATS system and other software systems.
Promote our company and opportunities using Social Media platforms.

Qualifications:
Outgoing with an upbeat personality.
Ability to travel locally between client sites.
Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver's license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills.
Heavy experience meeting with important clients and vendors.
Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new software.
Excellent leadership skills.
Ability to take control and successfully complete projects in a timely manner.
Ability to identify issues and problem solve.
Experience in customer service, sales, management, or human resources.
Be a self-starter and manage your time successfully.
Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to commute locally.
