Zwicker is presently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team.

Salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 per yearResponsibilities of Associate Attorney's include:
Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and outside partiesDraft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.
in furtherance of active litigation filesReview litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate actionAdvocate on behalf of client's interests at various litigation settingsUtilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventoryAnalyze and process litigation inventory reports and litigation files, as assigned by Managing Attorney, to ensure that proper litigation work flow is being performed pursuant to the firm and client expectationsComply with all client and firm standard operating proceduresAbility to travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualifications of Associate Attorneys:
Admission to practice law in the state of Ohio, PA admission required to submit paperwork upon start of employmentStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated self-starterEagerness to learnAbility to manage and prioritize a large caseloadPreferred Qualifications for Associate Attorneys:
Minimum of one year of litigation/trial experienceWorking knowledge of civil procedureDebt collection experiencePrior experience in high volume environmentPhysical

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
