We are looking for the perfect candidate for our NEW and EXCITING position FULL TIME JOB COACH The primary function of the Job Coach is to implement a pre-vocational/career
services
training program aimed at assisting individuals to achieve their highest level of independence on the job. A Job Coach helps individuals learn the specific requirements of the job, learn work-related activities and requirements such as time and attendance rules, and appropriate work related (including social) behaviors when dealing with supervisors and co-workers. In addition to job site training, job coaching also includes completing task analysis, curriculum training, job development activities, counseling, advocacy, travel training and
other services
needed to maintain employment. The Job Coach interacts with employers in the
community
to ensure the employer has a quality experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Job Requirements: MINIMUM
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Vocational experience preferred Demonstrated
computer
skills including Word and Internet search capability Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have verifiable activity work in an educational or IDD setting High energy level with enthusiasm for connecting to the community Valid
ohio

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
