2nd Shift Administrative Assistant Position

We are recruiting for a national company in the in the Independence area. They are currently hiring for 2nd shift (4pm - 12am or 5pm - 1am) This position pay $13 - $15 per hour to start with amazing growth potential!! This is a Direct Hire Position with the company. The official start date for this position is March 2nd!
Position Summary
The Client Account Representative is responsible for taking all necessary steps to adequately protect and preserve client properties as well as providing continuous follow-up to clients in accordance with business rules.
Responsibilities and Expectations
oReview updates to ensure all work on property has been completed per business rules and take appropriate action if errors are caught
oProvide follow-up to client regarding property status and document in system
oPlace orders for work on property, if necessary
oAssist property preservation and inspections service lines
oReview loan history in comparison with damage orders to determine responsibility
oCommunicate with client on litigation issues
oWork with utility companies to transfer to client's name
oContact brokers if property is for sale and maintain/submit orders as necessary
oCreate client-specific convey packages
oFamiliar with pre-post/sale guidelines as well as FHA/Non-FHA
oRespond to all business communications within 24-48 hours
oRequired to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set forth by the department
oSuccessfully complete formal Client Account Representative training

Qualifications and Requirements
oHigh school diploma or GED equivalency required
oExperience working in a production-driven office environment preferred
o1-2 years work-related experience preferred (Banking, mortgage, insurance or construction background is highly ideal but definitely not required)
oDemonstrate effective oral and written communication
oProficiency in Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred
oAbility to manage competing priorities and responsibilities
oAbility to navigate through multiple computer applications simultaneously
oDemonstrates continuous follow-up capability

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
