Administrative Assistant/Receptionist - Temporary with possible hire (90 Day Review)
Position supports Corporate Office Staff of International Staffing Firm with administrative responsibilities.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
oManaging incoming/outgoing calls
oManaging front lobby - greeting guests, assisting candidates with registration and completion of electronic documents, etc.
oData entry and candidate processing - submitting background checks, processing E-Verify, administering drug screens, coordinating candidate skills testing
oPeriodic marketing campaign support (mailings, mass emails, postcard mails)
oResearching information and assisting in administrative problem solving/project planning
oSourcing and contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining calendars
oManaging office supply inventory and ordering
oUsing Photocopier/fax/scanner and Postage Meter
oCreating, updating, and maintaining files
oEstablishing and maintaining effective working relationships with both external and internal contacts
Estimated Start Date - 3/16/2015
Work Attire - Business Casual
Shift - 8:00a-5:00p Monday-Friday
Lunch - 1 hour
Pay - Hourly
Compensation schedule - Weekly

Office Location - Rockside Rd near I-77, on Bus Line
oHigh school diploma with some administrative/clerical/customer service experience
oStrong verbal and written communications skills (English)
oProficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Outlook, Excel)
oThorough knowledge of computer & internet usage
oAbility to exercise independent judgment in actions regarding company matters including identifying, maintaining and directing confidential issues appropriately
oAbility to handle multiple priorities and quickly & accurately respond to changing demands from multiple sources
oExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail
oMust be a self-starter with strong initiative - able to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently
oMust have cultural awareness and be able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
oMust be able to pass background check

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
