RESPONSIBILITIES
o Conduct full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and placement
o Develop a strategy that meets client needs and fills open positions
o Leverage various resources to source qualified candidates
o Assist in forecasting and building a pipeline of temporary workforce candidates
o Ensuring completion of all orientation and boarding paperwork
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Proven recruiting skills - demonstrated by being a top-rated recruiter
Strong candidate and client focus
Minimum 3 years recruiting experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
Strategic thinking & ability to execute results
Ability to organize and prioritize goals & objectives
Determination to achieve objectives and ability to overcome obstacles
Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
