50/hr depending on experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required Minimum of high school diploma or GED Technical diploma, or equivalent industry experience, or Associates Degree in Mechanical, HVAC or Electronic Technology preferred Experience in a technical service support role Ability to effectively communicate technical information to potentially non-technical customers both written and verbal Strong Interpersonal skills combined with logical problem solvingJob Requirements:
o Remote second line trouble shooting of faulty EMS via communication with onsite customers or technicians o Provide set-point, schedule changes and troubleshooting connectivity issues o Record and document all activities via internal ticketing system and customer work order systems o Read, comprehend and maintain understanding of technical documents o Ability to manage one off project-based activities co-ordinating across Tech I's as necessary o Provide mentoring and training for Tech Level I technicians as appropriate o Provide input to and implement process improvement changes as necessary o Other duties as assigned May be required to work holidays or irregular shifts Required Skills:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
