POSITION PROFILEThe Software Engineer will work with the technical support manager and a project manager to develop and implement project solutions by applying technical skills to satisfy the requirements.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop VB and C data processing programs Write UNIX Shell Scripts Develop Input Accel data capture processes Format/Install/Manage SQL databases Monitor data using batch management and data workflow programs Configure ICR/OMR data capture software Install software and updates QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) Typically Required:
Linux Operating System Background Experience with JavaScript Experience with VB Script Understanding of the USPS manifest mailing process Experience with mail manager software Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering is strongly preferred Entry level position, 0 -- 3 years of experience preferred Prior experience in VB or C/C+
